If you were lucky enough to get a taste of these cookies, you will be making them for yourself right away. They are delicious!
Cocoa Kiss Cookies. Weathersby Family 2010
1 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 teas. vanilla
1 2/3 cup flour
1/4 cup cocoa
1 cup walnuts or pecans (chopped)
1 9oz pkg Hersheys Kisses (about 54)
Confectioners sugar
Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour and cocoa. Beat, on low speed, walnuts or pecans until well distributed. Chill.
Meanwhile, unwrap kisses. Wrap a scant Tablespoon dough around each kiss, covering completely. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly, but while still hot roll in Confectioners sugar.
