Due to the lack of activity in the use of the dry pack cannery it has become necessary to consolidate our stake shifts to further enhance the efficiency of the facility and the use of our staff to better serve the patrons. Effective July 1, 2010 the dry pack cannery will be open only on the following days and hours:
Days Open Close
Monday CLOSED CLOSED
Tuesday 8:00 am 4:00 pm
Wednesday 8:00 am 4:00 pm
Thursday 8:00 am 4:00 pm
Friday 8:00 am 7:00 pm
Saturday 8:00 am 12:00 pm (Always closed the first Saturday of each month)
(Saturdays are only for stake shift canning and for the purchase of bulk and prepackaged items.)
Stake Canning shifts will be scheduled only on the following days and times:
Days Morning Shift Afternoon Shift
Tuesday 9:00 am 1:00 pm
Wednesday 9:00 am 1:00 pm
Thursday 9:00 am 1:00 pm
Saturday 9:00 am Closed
Fridays will be dedicated for Open Family/Individual Canning the entire day, by appointment!
Day Open Close
Fridays 8:00 am 7:00 pm
