Fitness Follow-up

We had a great activity on Saturday learning about Yoga and Nutrition. Alisha Rose taught us a beginnger-intermediate routine using a variety of Yoga poses. Then Michelle Clevinger taught us some basic knowledge of nutrition and why we need Proteins, Carbohydrates and Fats in our diet. She recommended the following websites for more information:
