The bread party was fun and yummy! Here are some of the recipes/handouts from it... use the pita recipe below to follow along w/ the tutorial above.
There is more to come in the future...
(and one minor change on a recipe below... the crackers (I uploaded the document before editing it) call for 1 1/2 c. wheat flour and 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour.
I always put in only 1 1/4 c. of each of the flours... then there is no extra flour and the consistency is just right.)
